Sandy lounge chairs and beach attendants are so out. Private beach cabanas with personal butler service are in. At least, they are at the Las Ventanas al Paraíso Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
The three cabanas are just part of the new features popping up at Las Ventanas al Paraíso, which has rolled out the red carpet for several new facilities and amenities all over the resort. Sea Grill, their easygoing shore-side eatery, recently launched a Marisqueria raw bar and demo kitchen that lets guests get one-on-one with professional chefs, while the resort’s main dining room, The Restaurant, has introduced a locally sourced and inspired Mexican menu designed to showcase native Baja cuisine.
Over at the spa, a sizeable investment has yielded a high-tech salon, new couples suites and a treatment menu overhaul based on ancient Baja healing traditions, so that guests can be more fully immersed than ever in the Baja experience.
