Designed by Damien Hirst for Lance Armstrong 2009 Tour de France. Real butterfly wings were used on the frame and the rims to create this unique design bicycle. Sotheby’s auctioned off the bike, later that year, for the Livestrong Foundation, for a half-million bucks.

It is not a solid gold bicycle, but it is a 24-karat gold-plated bike covered with 600 Swarovski crystals and topped with a Brooks saddle. Although it’s not a solid gold, it shouldn’t be left alone even for a quick bathroom stop.

Today Tiffany’s primarily color is blue, but before that, the jewelry company created a vast collection of luxury products. In the late 90s from XIX century, this lady’s bicycle with ivory grips, a skirt guard, and a Tiffany monogram was designed and created. Restored in 2008 for further auctioning by Bonhams.
